Given your prices on the main page, how many pictures does a realtor get for your services?
For any listing, I will take as many pictures as will be useful for the realtor. For a small condo, this could be 10-15, but for a large house with many rooms it could be closer to 30. Our prices don't increase for the number of pictures… we just have flat fees as shown on our home page based on listing price, and we take as many good looking shots of various angles as is necessary.
After you take the pictures and edit them, how does the realtor get them?
The easiest way is for us to put them online, and then send the realtor a link to download all the pictures in a .zip file, or simply grab the jpg's off our website. Click here for an example of what this looks like. We ususually have them edited, finalized, and delivered on the same or next day as the shoot. You will also get a link to a simple virtual tour, which will look like this.
What payment types do you accept?
We prefer cash or check, but we can also accept credit cards with a Square Card Reader or payments via PayPal invoices. You can make checks out to "DJZ Photography."
When is payment due?
Up front is preferred, but if that is not possible then within 14 days of the photo shoot.
When someone pays for photos, do they get the exclusive license to do whatever they want with the photos?
You can use the photos for the purposes of marketing and selling the property that was photographed. Someone hiring us for photography cannot use our photos for photo contests or sell them to others. Even though we give you all the photos, we retain the rights to use the photos for anything, including (but not limited to) websites, marketing, and other promotional material.
Is Adobe Flash required to view the simple or deluxe virtual tours?
No. Though most virtual tours require flash, ours do not, which is nice because they will work on more mobile devices like Apple iPhones, iPads, smartphones, and tablets. The simple virtual tour works with just about any modern web browser, and the deluxe virtual tour will be available as an "m4v" hosted on our website and also available on YouTube.
