Real estate photography doesn't have to be boring! Houses, condos, and other structures have unique landscapes and designs that can draw you in and produce intrigue. It is important to treat Real Estate photography like art, because the captured images will be shown to people who have not yet been to the location. The photos have to make the viewer want to go to the place they are seeing, and that has become my goal with every listing, whether big or small.
MLS Photos
Our MLS pricing is very reasonable, based solely on the listing price of the property, and we can also do Floor Plans or Virtual Tours if requested. All of our photo packages include a complimentary virtual tour video with music if requested, even if you do not wish to utilize the deluxe virtual tour.
All costs other than those shown below are prorated. Photos for a $375K listing would be $135, a $450K listing would be $141, and so on.
Each of our prices is for a complete package that gets you plenty of photos (interior AND exterior) for any type of listing. If it is a small condo, 15-20 pictures may be enough. If it is a large house, maybe 30-40 photos would be in order. We don't charge more for a certain number of photos… we just take a good and reasonable amount of photos for any listing and make them look fantastic.
Commercial, Marketing & Custom Photography
We also can provide photos for commercial properties, marketing, large rental properties, apartment complexes, custom homes, interior design, and other settings where beautiful photos are needed. Pricing would be based on a number of factors that we look forward to discussing with you.
